Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges: We currently process returns as refunds. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
