Retourneer ongebruikte fysieke artikelen binnen 30 dagen na levering en ontvang het volledige bedrag terug. Start een retour vanuit uw account of stuur ons een bericht.
Terugbetalingen gaan binnen 5 werkdagen nadat wij het artikel hebben ontvangen terug naar uw oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
These rules do not limit your statutory rights: as a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under your legal right of withdrawal (see our Terms), and faulty goods are covered by your legal guarantee.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified. If you cancel within your statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we also refund the original standard delivery cost. Consumers in Türkiye who return goods with the carrier we designate do not pay return shipping.
Exchanges: We currently process returns as refunds. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
